The DC-CFA2 round gives Digital Realty, Equinix, Keppel and ST Telemedia 50MW each, drawn from more than 20 proposals. Every site must sit on Jurong Island and run at least half on green energy.

KOSDAQ-listed NICE Information & Telecommunication bought more than 93% from the founder, terms undisclosed. EasySalon's software serves over 5,000 beauty businesses across 34 Vietnamese provinces.

Positive-sum angle: The company that owns the booking screen also owns the transaction behind it, and 5,000 Vietnamese salons get payment rails they were never going to procure on their own.

Oppstar and Alphaswift received offer letters for Arm's Compute Subsystem and Flexible Access programme, two of eight awards to five companies. Arm's OnDemand training has certified 1,530 people against a four-year target of 10,000.
