Everything CÈ publishes reaches the channel first.
The website is the archive. Telegram is the desk — four broadcasts a day, sent in the hour they are written, before they are anywhere else. It costs nothing and asks for no email address.

There are two rooms in business news.
You already know the first one. It is the feed: the funding headline that ran three days ago, the founder profile written from a press release, the thread summarising a report nobody opened.
Everything in that room is finished. By the time a move is packaged well enough to travel, the people who made it have already made the next one.
The first room teaches you what worked. It is very bad at telling you what is working.
The second room is smaller, and the difference is timing. It is where somebody says this price just moved, here is what it costs you on the morning it moves — not in next month's round-up.
There is no wall of talent between those two rooms. There is a wall of hours. The operator who reads a cost change at 09:30 and reprices on Tuesday is not smarter than the one who reads it in a Sunday newsletter. They were just in the room earlier.
The CÈ channel is the second room, and the door is open.
The day
Four broadcasts, every day, at the same hours.
Not a mailing list that fires when somebody remembers. A timetable, held by machines, run since the desk opened. All times Singapore.
- 07:30
1 of 30,000
One line worth carrying, and four hundred words on why it holds. You have roughly thirty thousand mornings. This is one of them.
- 08:00
The Operator Brief
The numbers that moved overnight, the one deal that matters, and the single action the intel points at. Ninety seconds, before the inbox opens.
- 09:30
Market Intel
Three lenses, one item each: somebody’s payday, your costs, the tool. Each one names a real person and the number in their pocket — not a trend, not a vibe.
- 18:00
The SEA Deal Ticker
Every funding round, exit, and corridor move across Southeast Asia that day, with the source link on each. On days without real news, it does not run. Silence beats filler.
New articles, founder interviews, and playbooks go out on the channel as they publish, through the day.
What the desk has actually filed.
Anyone can promise a daily. The only honest proof is the archive, so here it is, counted off the repository that builds this page — 138 days in.
- 186
- articles published
- 116
- Market Intel briefs
- 122
- morning posts
- 79
- deal tickers
- 15
- founder interviews
Every article carries at least three live sources, and a machine re-fetches each one before the piece can publish. A dead link stops the publication. The rules are written down in full at How CÈ is made.
Lately, at 09:30
The last three Market Intel briefs.
Exactly as they went out on the channel. This is the register: a named business, a real number, and what it costs you.
- 9 OctThai officials ask egg farms to cut exports up to half after floods.
- 8 OctKL hawker Meor pays US$9.80 for chicken that cost US$8.10 last month.
- 7 OctTempe maker Hamdan pays US$0.67 a kilo for soybeans, up a quarter.
“So what is the catch?”
Fair question. Most things this regular are a lead magnet — a free thing dangled to harvest an email address and sell you something later. So here is the whole arrangement.
It is free because distribution is the hard part. The writing already happens; it happens every day whether four hundred people read it or four. What CÈ does not have is readers in Southeast Asia who build things. That is the only thing being asked for here.
There are no ads and no sponsored posts. Nobody covered in CÈ has paid to be covered, and nobody can. That rule is in the masthead and it is not negotiable, because the moment it bends the 09:30 brief is worth nothing.
It is a channel, not a group. One direction only. You will never get a direct message, a “quick question”, or a pitch. Nobody can see that you joined.
Some of it is written by AI, and it says so.Three people write under their own names. Everything machine-drafted is bylined CÈ AI Desk — a name that is openly not a person — and passes a human gate before it goes out. The full disclosure is onthe methodology page.
Why joining later is worse than joining now.
There is no countdown on this page and no seat limit. It is a Telegram channel. Pretending we are running out of room would be the first lie, and everything after it would be worth less.
The real reason is duller. The channel is a timetable, not a library. Tomorrow's 09:30 goes out tomorrow at 09:30, and it does not go out again.
A cost change is worth something in the week you can act on it and almost nothing in the quarter you read about it. Join in March and the January briefs are in the archive, where everything is already finished.
Every day outside the room is a day of the room you do not get back.
The terms
Four promises, and how to hold us to them.
It stays free.
The channel is not a trial and does not become paid later. If CÈ ever builds something you pay for, the channel is not it.
We never ask for your email to read it.
There is an email edition of the deal ticker if you want one. Wanting the channel does not require it, and joining hands us nothing but a subscriber count.
Nothing ships unsourced.
Every claim carries the link that backs it, in the post itself. When we get something wrong, the correction goes on the page with a date. We do not quietly edit.
Leaving takes one tap.
No exit survey, no save offer, no email asking what went wrong. Mute it, leave it, and nothing follows you.
Which room do you want to read from?
Tomorrow at 07:30 there is a line and four hundred words. At 08:00, the numbers that moved. At 09:30, a named business and what it costs you. At 18:00, every deal in the region, if there were any worth printing.
That happens whether or not you are in the room. The only question is whether you read it on the day, or a month later, when somebody who was there has already moved.

P.S. If you scrolled here: CÈ is a daily for people building something of their own in Southeast Asia. Four broadcasts a day to Telegram — a morning line, a numbers brief, Market Intel at 09:30, and the SEA deal ticker at 18:00. Free, no email, no ads, no direct messages, sources on every claim.
P.P.S. The archive is open too, and always will be: 186 pieces atce-media.asia/archive. The channel is just the part that reaches you on the day it matters.
