VinFast's Vietnam unit agreed on 15 September to buy founder Pham Nhat Vuong's Ngoc Hoi Real Estate for US$1.2 billion (VND30,857 billion). Ngoc Hoi owns 20 percent of a 9,200-hectare Hanoi urban project.
