The pair signed an MoU to verify letters of credit with digital credentials, replacing multi-day SWIFT checks and manual reconciliation. PILA runs Vietnam's layer through NDAKey; TOTM integrates Singapore's TradeTrust, with product passports planned across three markets.

Positive-sum angle: Rails built as a verification layer beside SWIFT rather than a replacement let the smallest exporter on the corridor use them without waiting for a bank to migrate.

One Asian institutional investor committed the mandate under an open-ended evergreen structure covering senior and junior direct lending. Partners Group now runs over $40 billion of private credit across seven Asian offices.

Positive-sum angle: Sovereign funds and insurers across Southeast Asia are adding private-credit allocations, which hands companies too large for venture and too small for the bond market a lender that is not a bank.
