The world's biggest ship-fuel port goes paperless: Ofiniti buys ZeroNorth's Singapore delivery-note business
Ofiniti, spun out of Norwegian ship-certification group DNV in 2024, buys the software that replaces paper receipts for ship refuelling. It serves about 200 customers and estimates a 40% share of Singapore's digital refuelling paperwork.
Positive-sum angle: It is Ofiniti's third purchase since 2024, after Angsana Technology and Teqplay. Anyone building port or shipping-compliance software in Singapore now pitches against one buyer rolling up the category.
