Tokgistic, a Singapore-registered TikTok affiliate, takes 20 percent of Swift Logistics with US$196 million up front. Ho Chi Minh City licensed it on 7 September for 50 years; operations start in November.

Positive-sum angle: TikTok is not carrying the parcels — it is outsourcing them. Any Ho Chi Minh City courier with spare capacity is about to be bid for by a buyer routing up to two billion orders.

Bloomberg reports the discussions; no deal is agreed. Atome sits inside Advance Intelligence Group, backed by SoftBank Vision Fund 2 and Warburg Pincus, and booked US$470 million of revenue in 2025.

Sembcorp and seller CleanCurrent mutually terminated a US$82 million (S$105 million) purchase agreed in January 2025, citing market conditions. The 96-megawatt Cadiz solar farm loses its buyer.

Positive-sum angle: A 96MW project is back on the market with an 18-month-old signed price on public record — worth a look for any Philippine developer being told their asset is worth less than that.
