The firm behind Grab, Carousell and Carsome — over 340 SEA companies — will route new deals through its global funds. Its last dedicated regional vehicles raised $143M in 2023.

Positive-sum angle: A deck out of Manila or Ho Chi Minh City now competes with one out of Austin for the same partner's hour. Anyone raising outside Singapore needs a local lead on the cap table before that meeting, not after it.

FSTI 4.0 runs six tracks covering AI adoption, shared infrastructure and talent, up from S$150M in the last cycle. Singapore counts more than 1,800 fintech firms employing close to 10,000 people.

Positive-sum angle: The infrastructure track pays for rails smaller players rent instead of build. A two-person fintech in Singapore can now ship a product on someone else's compliance stack and spend its own runway on customers.

The KBH Metro Partner venture with RATP Dev operates four lines, 44 stations and 43km of track for 12 years to 2039. The network carried 135 million passengers in 2025.

Positive-sum angle: Copenhagen bought competence, not capital. Operating skill hardened on SEA's density is an export good, and any founder running a services business here is sitting on a margin they have not tried to sell abroad yet.

The Aura PE Evergreen Income Fund targets 12-15% net a year across a 60/40 equity and credit split, with quarterly redemptions after a 12-month lock-up. Its equity book has deployed over A$100M at an 18.3% net IRR.
