Nobody bought anything and $2.8B moved: Telkom carves phase-two fibre into Infranexia
Telkom Indonesia values its phase-two wholesale fibre segment at 49.86 trillion rupiah and transfers it to subsidiary Infranexia for 498.58 million new shares. The segment booked $1.3 billion of revenue in 2025.
Positive-sum angle: A separately capitalised fibre vehicle can borrow against its own cash flows, which is how third-party carriers and data-centre tenants reach capacity a state telco's balance sheet never priced for them.
