Granite Asia, Jungle Ventures and East Ventures took new shares at $92.57 each, under the $99.67 DEG paid in June 2025. Total equity raised now reaches $197.21 million.

SB Telecom Singapore, SC ZEUS Data Centers and Robust HPC Group signed an MOU effective August 1, dividing land, GPU clusters and connectivity across Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam.

Positive-sum angle: Splitting the stack means a Malaysian GPU operator and a Singaporean builder each keep a margin that a single hyperscaler would have taken offshore.
