The export ban has a shelf life: a Shanghai firm starts mass-producing immersion DUV tools
The Information reported on 27 July that a state-backed Shanghai firm began producing domestic immersion DUV lithography machines, five this year and twenty next, for SMIC, CXMT and Hua Hong. ASML fell about 7 percent intraday.
